While the property definitely has some wear and tear, the location and service still make it 5 star in my book. Everyone was super friendly, and Ari was a huge help. It's quiet, yet has great access to I-75/64. This was my second stay and won't be my last.
Excellent place to stay especially if your gonna be at the horse park, located In a quiet area, crack barrel next.door. very clean and well maintained!!
Everything is great. The place is fresh and new. The rooms are very clean. The front desk was struggling with their computer system. I think they overbooked the king rooms. I need to rework their software to stop all that. Otherwise no complaints.
The place was nice and service was very friendly, it was definitely helpful that this was a dog friendly place. Only issues we had was the small blood stains in the bathroom we cleaned up, any streaming services on the tv were so laggy you couldnt watch anything, and the bed was so uncomfortable we couldn't sleep the whole night- though that's likely just personal preference since I prefer soft not firm beds. They have a pool whoch was nice but its super small so not great for laps/exercise but it works for some relaxation and a quick dip. They're also next door to cracker barrel so if you miss the free breakfast you can walk next door for some food.
We were initially disappointed that the pool and whirlpool were closed as it was a warm afternoon when we checked in. Nevertheless, the hotel's cleanliness, location, amenities, staff friendliness, and complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations. A special shoutout to the hotel's morning front desk clerk Bryan who bent over backwards to assist us one we discovered our car would not start and had to be towed to a local repair shop. Bryan took it upon himself to follow-up with the late-arriving tow service, frequently check with us to ensure we were comfortable, and once we learned the car would not get fixed right way, booked us another room. We'll certainly return to this hotel the next time we travel Interstate 75.
Straight forward room. You are next door to a Cracker Barrel. Our second room had left over food in the fridge. Housekeeping missed it.
We are Marriott Bonvoy members.We stopped after a day at Keeneland, using our free night. We had read several bad reviews but decided to check it out. Exceeded our expectations. Well lit parking lot. Pleasant reception folks, with local goodie bag for Bonvoy members. Room on 6th floor was good. Clean and comfortable ( no mold or other issues, great shower pressure ). Breakfast buffet was decent - nice selection with real eggs and make your waffle griddle. Yes, the place is a little tired, but makeover coming soon.
Marriott is always my go to for any trip and they never disappoint! Comfortable beds, plenty of towels and the staff is always great.
